Position Summary:
The vice president's responsibilities include overseeing internal operations, helping to build strong studio relationships, maximizing the company's operating performance, for investments and helping to achieve the company's financial goals... Paula is a motivational, good public speaker, confident, and goal-oriented vice president.

Mr. Baker lives in Hertfordshire and he was delighted to join the corporation, and was introduced to Lesley Jensen by an executive recruitment agency. Previously Mr. Baker worked at Elstree film Studios as a TV Producer for 33 years.
